WHY NOT MINOT?

North Dakota is ranked as one of the worst states for underage drinking,
and a new government report says we`re also the second highest state for
drinking and driving.

I personally don't drink very often... plus i'd never drink and drive.. it's just too stupid..
Only drink to have fun.. what's so fun about driving drunk... or getting a DUI...

DUI is the least of the worst that can happen..
